with lots of roasted malt and lots of sweet notes. The body is very, very smooth, with a low amount of carbonation.
The body is dominated by a maple syrup like sweetness, and a fairly low level of roasted malt holding the beer together.
There just enough faint, faint hops underneath to keep the sweetness from becoming overbearing. It finishes with a short
dryness. Overall, this is an all around solid beer. The middle is a little thin and while nothing jumps out
as amazing, it is above average all the way through.
