uber sun poured a hazy, golden yellow
color with a thin, pen width white head. The aroma is dominated by wheat with a malt base and some very ripe fruit.
The body is very smooth; dense, with a sweetness over very ripe peach notes. There are some very apparent hops underneath
and lead into a lingering, lightly dry finish. Overall, this is a very interesting beer. The nose is
very inviting, one of the better aromas on any beer I have ever had and the body is wonderful. The fruity sweetness
combined with the malt base remind me of a Belgian Tripel. The finish is nice but it does not seem to match the
body at all, creating an feeling of almost two different beers. uber sun is a few tweaks away from being
an all-time classic.
