The aroma is huge, dominated by sugar cane and malt. The body is smooth and thick, bold and in your face. Similiair
to the nose, there are huge amount of malt and sugar cane, a few apricot notes with some underlying hops. The finish
offers a little dryness and a decent amount of warmth from the high ABV. Overall, a well-made, monster tripel. A sipper
for sure, the deep, complex profile pushes this beer right against the boundaries of even a big beer style like a tripel.
The finish struggles to balance out the huge body, but that might be nitpicking. A beer that can be drank alone, paired,
or even better laid down for a year or so.
