Southampton's
IPA poured a clear, amber color with a finger width, off white head. The aroma was light, yet aromatic, with lots
of hops and a malty undertone. This beer features a rounded malt body with hoppy edges and a touch of sweetness. The
finish leaves a pleasant lingering dryness on the palate. Overall, this is a very nice IPA. It is enjoyable to
drink, balanced and all of the flavors mesh really well together.
