Otis poured a dark a blackish color with a two fingered width, creamy, tan head.  The aroma packed with dark and roasted malts.  The body is smooth with a typical nitro stout mouthfeel.  There are some oats up front that get bigger as the beer goes on, lots of roasted malt, a few charred notes, a touch of sweetness up front, coffee notes and dry on the backend.  There is some lingering dryness on the finish.  There is some ringed, hanging lace left on the glass.  Overall, this is a decent stout.  There is plenty of nice flavors, yet the nitro takes away a little bit from the body.  Nice, but it would be interesting to try this on a regular tap line.

The ultimate resource for beer drinkers!
