Saranac's IPA poured a clear amber color with a thumb width, off white head. The aroma is fairly tame with caramel
malt and some faint hops. The body is nice, not overly heavy it starts with big bready malt on top of bitter hops. The malt
disapears on the finish leaving the big bitterness to stand alone. Overall, a nice IPA. Very fresh, a nice dry, largely bitter
finish. Hopheads will love this.
