Highland Lager poured a cloudy, copper color with a finger width, off white head. The aroma is dominated by bready
malt. The body offers grains, bread, and light toasted notes. A nice bit of hops lie underneath before
peeking through a bit at the end. The finish is mild, offering just enough dryness. Overall, a nice lager. Enough
in the body yet it remains easy drinking. This is everything a lager should be, just lacks a little bit of the wow factor.
