Port Jeff Brewing Company was founded by Michael Philbrick in October 2011. In
January 2012, the brewery opened a 1,600-square foot facility. Port Jefferson Brewing Company's equipment was designed
site-specific and, consists of one 7 barrel brewhouse, two 7 barrel fermenters, two 14 barrel fermenters, and one 14 barrel
brite tank.
