Rosemary's
Baby poured a very cloudy, golden straw color with a paper thin, white head. The aroma is effervescent and herby, with
the rosemary strong on the forfront. The body is smooth, yet very short, with a malty background. The beer finishes
with spices and a very nice dryness. Overall, this is a great beer from Peekskill and might be the best beer
they have brewed in their young existance. It occasionally seems like breweries brew a new style just to meet the
demand for a new seasonal but Peekskill has brewed a very nice beer to enjoy during the late Spring/early Summer.
This beer is worth the drive to Peekskill!
