Paramount poured
a clear, golden amber color with a finger width, off white head. The aroma is full of pungent, grassy hops. The
body is smooth, with some thin malt up front before leading to a huge hop finish that leaves a lingering dryness. The
beer left some hanging lace left on the glass. Overall, this is a decent, easy drinking pale ale. The finish is
nice, but nothing about Paramount stands out.
