Hop Common poured a clear, honey color with a finger width,
off white head. The aroma is very pleasant, clean with piney hops. The body is smooth and malty up front, with
a dash of sweetness. The middle transitions well to a crisp hop bite with grapefruit notes. The finish leaves
a soft, lingering bitterness that dances on the tongue. The beer leaves some really nice hanging lace on the glass.
Overall, this is just a great beer. It is bright and lively with plenty of flavors that mesh well and lead to a
well balanced, enjoyable ale. Peekskill's Hop Common is one of the best beers in New York, period.
