Dunkelweizen poured a semi-hazy,
dark, amber color with a finger widthe, off white head. The aroma is malty, sweet with a little dark fruit. The
body is smooth, with decent carbonation, dark fruit, and a touch of sweetness up front. The finish leaves
a little dryness, and could probably use a touch more hop bitterness. Overall, this was a decent dunkel.
While very easy drinking, it is bigger up front before tailing off, it has a thin body for the style.
