Perfection poured a cloudy, golden straw color with a thumb width, white head. The aroma has a little pale malt,
with green apple notes and a lot of citrus and spices. The body is smooth; a perfect blend of a malt base
with a touch of sweetness, and plenty of citrus (heavy on the orange). The finish has a huge amount of big
spices that leaves a lingering dryness. Overall, this is a great take on the Tripel style. The beer is balanced,
flavorful, layered, and drinks very easily for a beer of its strength. The carbonation on this beer is a little
high due to the bottle re-fermentation, but letting the beer warm for a little will help bring it down a notch.
