is dominated by yeast. The body is smooth and thick with a solid malt base. There is a cloying sweetness up front with
mild orange notes. The beer finishes with a little saison like funk, and a little alcohol warmth. The glass is
left coated with lace. Overall, this is a monster blonde ale. A wheat beer nose, a tripel like body and a saison like
finish ignites a classic style versus taste debate. It lacks the classic refined taste that is traditionally found in Ommegang
beers, but I like it anyway. To heck with styles.
