The beer poured a cloudy, orange color.
The head was off white and small but had nice retention. The nose was clean and all hops, wth a hint of pine
needles. The body had some caramel malt, more hops and a really dry, palate cleansing finish. There was an extra
hop twinge in the middle and the mouthfeel is really crisp. This is a beer with a big backbone, but with great
balance and not overly done. I really, really enjoyed this, another tip of the cap to Middle Ages for another great
beer.
