Swallow Wit poured a clear amber color with a medium sized white head.  The aroma was really, really nice with tons of wheat with hints of orange and spices.  The body had coriander and citrus (lemon?) on the front with plenty of wheat in the middle.   The finish lacked even for the wheat style.  Wit has a very crisp, short mouthfeel which makes it a suitable summer session beer.

The ultimate resource for beer drinkers!
