Ubu Ale poured a dark brown color with a very small tan head that disappeared quickly. The nose
has plenty of malt with some chocolate notes. The body has roasted sugary malt throught. The beer left small
spotted lace on the glass. I am curious to find out what the ABV is and if it could be a session beer or not. This
beer looks and tastes like a porter or stout instead of an ale, but is an easy drinking beer and has a lighter body then
you would expect after looking at it.
