Ithaca’s
Pale Ale poured a clear, dark copper color with a finger width white head. The aroma is very clean with
a small amount of malt and a large amount of floral hops. The body has some malt in it and a noticeable
amount of sweetness. After the sweetness a blast of hops comes in which leads to a dry finish that is fairly
long in length. Overall, this is a solid pale ale, well balanced, and pretty tasty. The
hops here are the star as they give off a great aroma and shine in the great finish.
