aroma is clean with some light malt, but the real star of the show is the huge hopped nose with the cascade showing through
most prominently. The body has a real decent amount of malt up front with a light sweetness, before the
hops burst through leading to a quite hoppy, real dry lingering finish that dries out the palate. There
was some faint lacing left on the glass. Overall, this is a big IPA and I simply love it. The
beer is extremely well balanced and the malt stays on the palate when the hops start to take over rather than fading out.
The 8% is hidden by a big, bold body but the beer still packs a punch. This is an IPA that all craft
beer lovers should try.
