Ithaca's Double IPA poured a dark amber color with a finger width off white head. The aroma had plenty
of malt, hints of caramel and some floral hops. The body had a big malt backbone, with some malt sugars, and sharp hops.
The beer had a prolonged dry, hoppy finish. This is an absolute gem of a beer. It would pair wonderfully with
an a spicy chicken quesadilla.
