with a huge amount of floral hops with a light sweetness and faint amounts of malt underneath. The body starts out smooth
with the sweetness from the honey before becoming agressively hoppy. The finish is big, with tons of floral hops providing
a sharp hop bite. There is huge lacing left on the glass. Overall, this is quite an interesting beer.
This "double honey bitter" is pretty much a blend, and the beer becomes better and better as the palate adjusts
to the flavors. The local New York State Cascade hops are heavily featured in generous amounts. A well-made
interesting beer that all beer fans, hops heads especially, should try.
