Hurricane Kitty pours a big head and dark amber color. The aroma gives off a nice, huge hoppy smell, although
not very subtle. The hops continue to attack your senses on the first sip, but the mid-palate smooths out nicely with
an underlying sweetness. The finish is long and dry and lingers for quite awhile. The beer leaves a nice lace
on the glass which shows that there is plenty of malt, which is most likely the reason for the pleasant sweetness in the middle.
