Gensee Cream Ale poured a crystal clear, dark yellow color with a two-fingered white head. The
aroma has light hints of malt. The body is really creamy, light and smooth, with a faint malt sweetness. The finish
is really lacking here with almost nothing going on at the end of the beer. The beer left some light lacing on the glass.
Overall, the creamyness up front is really nice, but there is no finish whatsoever and really hurts this beer. This is
a decent beer but nothing that really sticks out. This is a great beer to drink mindlessly while watching a game
or cool down after mowing the lawn.
