Summer Wheat Beer poured a cloudy,
golden yellow color with a thumb width, frothy white head. The aroma consists of some light wheat and citrus.
The body is crisp with spices and lemony citrus notes. The spices continue throughout the finish and leaves a little
dryness. Overall, this is a nice, decent version of the wheat beer style. The spices are a little overwhelming
and I wish there was a little more wheat backbone to the body.
