  Pale Bock Lager poured a clear, golden straw color with off white bubbly head.  The aroma was light malts and a bit of sweetness.  The body was crisp, with more malts and light sweetness with some butternut scotch.  The finish stayed malty but had a nice dry undertone to it.  There were huge amounts of lace left on the glass.  This is a great session beer, easy drinking, one of my favorite lagers, and you can bet it will be in my fridge again.
