Dundee
Kolsch poured a clear, golden yellow color with a thumb width, frothy, white head. The aroma is
yeasty with a few fruit notes, and some faint hops. The body has a malty breadiness complimented by very nice hop undertones. The finish is crisp
with a little dryness. Overall, this is a very nice example of the style. It is layered
well and incredibly balanced. This is a great beer, and is my new favorite beer from the Dundee line.
