Defiant's Pilsner poured a clear,
golden yellow color with a finger width, white head. The aroma has a light hoppiness to it. The body has a smooth
creamy texture, with an almost "peachy" like mouthfeel. There is a light dryness underneath that leads
to a yeasty dry finish with a little hops. There was some hanging lace left on the glass. Overall, this a
decent pilsner. It is a little different in the fact that it doesn't conform to true pilsner style guidelines, but
still a decent warm weather beer.
