IPA poured a clear, amber color with a finger width, frothy, off white head. The nose is a little weak, with
bready malt layered over a thin hoppy aroma. The body is smooth and thick, malty with a sweetness to it, some ripe apricots
and a little honey in the middle. The finish lacks slightly, it's dry, with a light lingering bitterness and
an astringentness that is slightly off. Overall this is a below average IPA. It
has some nice aspects but lacks clarity and could use a little more hop balance.
