EPA poured a clear, maroon color with a pen width, off white head.
The aroma is deep, malty, nutty and aromas of wood. The body is thick and smooth, with dark nutty malts.
On the finish the malt gives way to a lingering bitterness. There was some light lacing left on the glass. Overall,
this is a decent beer that is a little confusing. The style is an English-style Pale Ale but the bottle describes the
beer as a "well balanced amber ale". This is a heavy, dry pale ale that is a little unbalanced.
I think Brewcrafters was aiming for a traditional English style, and they came out with a solid beer no matter
what the exact style is.
