Red Dragon Ale poured a clear, ruby red color with a finger width, off white head. The aroma was predominantly
caramel malt. The mouthfeel was smooth, with little carbonation. A malty body was accented by a mild sweetness before a dry
finish. Overall, this is a solid red ale. An extremely simple beer that has good balance and decent depth, it is
impossible to taste the high ABV.
