The Cortland Beer Company was founded in December of 2010 by co-owners Tom Scheffler and Dan Cleary with Scheffler serving as the head brewer. The 4,000 square foot building houses a tasting room in addition to the 20 barrel brewing system. Cortland brewed 800 barrels in 2012 and their beers are available in 22 ounce bottles as well as in kegs.
