Striker poured
a light brown color with a pen width tan head. The aroma has light malt and a few notes of coffee beans.
The body is thin, lightly carbonated, and soft on the palate. The body has a distinct mocha flavor
to it. The finish has a dryness to it with some light hops, and a slight lingering bitterness.
Overall, this is a real nice example of what a lighter brown ale should be. The flavor and balance
are there and the beer has a delicate body. This is a nice beer from the folks at Cooperstown.
