C.H. Evans Dunkel poured a reddish brown color with a
finger width off white head. The aroma has big malts with light roasted notes. The body is malty up front with
underlying hops. The finish has some hops and a yeasty dryness. Overall, this is a nice dunkel. The star here
is the munich malt. It is well balanced, and light enough for a sessional.
