Mountain's IPA poured a clear, copper color with a thumb width, frothy, white head. The aroma is is very fresh;
clean with a huge amount of pungent hops. The body is smooth, with a nice malt base and a touch of sweetness and a
decent amount of underlying hops. The beer ends with a fairly bitter hop finish. Overall, this is a decent
IPA. The beer is extrememly fresh giving it a strong earthy aspect, and the hops run the course of the body. This
is just a few steps below some of the best IPAs in the state. One of my favorites from Cave Mountain.
