beer is really nice. It is clean with a little malt, but mostly dominated by hops. The
American cascade hops are the most prominent and really give off a nice aroma. The body is smooth and malty
with a touch of sweetness up front. A blast of hops comes in towards the end, leading to pretty dry, lingering
finish. The beer left some lacing on the
glass. Overall, this is a really solid beer. The malt and sweetness up front offer balance
nicely with the load of hops. The body is big but the beer is still easy to drink. I
really enjoyed this beer and recommend trying this out.
