Pork Slap poured an apple cider color, with a tiny off white
colored head. The nose had a rich, malty aroma. The first sip had a lighter malt body with a hoppy undertone that
carried all the way until the finish where the hops took over on a short but flavorful finish. This is a nice pale ale
with a lighter body that is not overly done in any one areas. The body transitioned well and I am most likely going
to pick up some more of this stuff.
