Brown's poured
a clear, deep, dark reddish color with a pen width, off white head. The aroma is malty with lots of smoke. The body is
smooth, a little thin, with biscuity malt and beef jerkey notes. The smoke runs the course of the body. The beer finishes
with lingering smoke, faint spices, and a little dryness. Overall, this is a very enjoyable beer. It could use a little more
depth but the flavor is clean and well done; the right amount and consistent.
