Brown's India
Pale Ale poured a cloudy, dark amber color with a pen width, off white head. The aroma was floral, with
hints of pine, and lots of hops. There is also a decent amount of malt. There is some malt and light caramel
sweetness before the hops continue on in the flavor of the beer, starting out strong in the beginning and moving into
the middle. The finish is medium length and really dry with a lingering hoppiness and hints of biterness.
This is one of the better New York IPA's I have had in while. It is well balanced and not overly hoppy. The
body is deep, and the big finish is great. Overall, it is just a very good beer.
