Winter Ale poured a maroon color with a light tan, finger width head.  The aroma was malty with a hint of nuttiness.  The body had more malt, a light toasted malt, with a strong backbone and a hint of alcohol.  The body is fairly heavy.  The finish is short with a little bit of dryness underneath.  This is a nice beer as it is a smooth, easy drinking winter session that has a big enough body that can stand up to bigger foods.

The ultimate resource for beer drinkers!
