Brooklyn’s Summer Ale poured a crystal clear,
dark yellow color with a thumb width white head. The aroma was clean, with a bread like malt, very light
hops and some faint lemon notes. The mouthfeel is crisp up front and dies out on the backend. The body is pretty light, slightly
sweet up front with malty notes and faint zest notes. the finish has some hop spices, and a pleasant hop bitterness. Overall, a decent Summer ale.
A nice summer sessional, it is a little bland up front but the finish is very nice.
