Brooklyn’s Summer Ale poured a crystal
clear, dark yellow color with a thumb width white head. The aroma was clean, with a bread like malt, and
very light hops. The body is pretty light, with malty notes and faint zest notes. The
finish is yeasty with a little dryness. The beer is consistent if nothing else, and would make for a decent
summer session. A nice summer ale but nothing really special about it.
