Brooklyn Pilsner
poured a clear, golden yellow color with a thumb width, white
head. The nose has nice depth, is malt forward with some faint hops. The body is smooth, malty up front with a
lots of grain. There is a nice hop edge to this beer with some light lemon and juicy notes. The finish is hoppy with a nice lingering dryness. Overall, this is a decent
pilsner. The finish is very nice and the body has some nice aspects but nothing truly sticks out and the body is
a little heavy for a pilsner.
