Pennant Ale poured a clear, dark copper color with a thumb width, off white head. The nose is really nice,
clean, with plenty of bready malt. The body has middle of the road depth and body with more bready malt serving
as the predominant flavor. The finish has a very faint dryness, with almost no bitterness. The glass
was coated with hanging lace. Unfortunatly the beer was just too ordinary. It is nice up front but the finish
falls off a cliff. This could use a little more of a sharp hop finish.
