white head. The aroma was malty with hints of honey. It is sweet up front, with lots of malt, dark fruit and
hops making their entrance towards the middle and back end. The finish has some light hops and a light yeasty dryness.
The carbonation goes to work scrubbing the palate clean. Overall, this is another really nice beer from the Brooklyn
Brewery. The bottle re-fermentation gives the body a ton of carbonation, and is deep and complex, yet not overly
heavy.
