Brooklyn
Lager poured a clear, dark amber color with a thumb width, off-white head. The nose has some yeast, a decent amount
of hops in it with a really bready malt aroma. The body is smooth and biscuity with some malt sugars that give off a
light sweetness. The finish has a healthy helping of hops that leave a light, lingering dryness. The beer left some
light lacing on the glass. Overall, this is a very nice lager. It is a big and full bodied with the malt
sweetness balancing out the hops at the end.
