thin, white head. The aroma is huge, lots of hops and sweetness. The body is thicker with low carbonation.
There is a sweet bready malt up front and a flavor reminiscent of Juicy Fruit gum. There is some bitterness underneath
a huge blast of hops on the finish. Overall, this is another very good beer from Brooklyn's Brewmaster series.
It is balanced, if there is such a thing for a beer of this strength. A monster beer in every sense of the
word, it is a very good sipper that is perfect to finish a meal with.
