Backbreaker poured a with a pen width, off white head.
The nose had lots of biscuity malt. The body is smooth, with a big malt backbone. The yeast is prominenet and
is complimented with a light sweetness and some apricot notes. There is a nice helping of hops on the backend that
compliments the malt nicely. The finish has a soft dryness that lingers for a bit. Overall, this is
a nicely balanced, well made ale.
