Pale Ale poured a clear,
amber color with a finger width, white head. The aroma is great, a perfect balance between pale malt and floral and
citrus hops. The body is smooth, and malty up front. There is some decent depth and the citurs and floral hops
are well hidden before really coming alive on the backend. The finish is dry, with a decent amount of hop bitterness.
Overall, this is a damn good pale ale. It is simple, well made, clean throughout, not overbearing, and strikes
a perfect balance of flavor and drinkability. This is a great example of brewers making amazing beer without a ton of
bells and whistles. Hats off to Blue Point.
