Kevin Burns - Kevin is one of the youngest
beer experts in the country. As owner of The Foaming Head, he has already established himself as an emerging voice on
the craft beer scene. Kevin is also currently the Bar Manager at Aroma Thyme Bistro where he oversees a world class beer list of over 150 different beers. He has organized and presented twelve
beer dinners at the award winning restaurant and has helped make Aroma Thyme a destination for beer lovers. In
2009, Kevin was a judge on The Matthew Vassar Cup panel at TAP-NY where he helped to select the three best
beers in the Hudson Valley.

Writer Ian Phillips - Ian is a common
man spreading the gospel of quality craft beer. A self-proclaimed “Craft Beer Ambassador” if
you will. Ian has his professional background in the television/entertainment industry where he worked
many gigs ranging from being a NBC Page, to building sets, to re-wiring the Sesame Street studio for High-Definition production.
(He has been inside Oscar’s trashcan!) After getting laid-off from a full-time job with NBC at the
beginning of the recession, he took that old cliché advice of “Follow your passion” and jumped into the
craft beer industry. Ian has worked for a brewery in Manhattan, coordinated beer education programs, bartended
in beer bars, and hosted Beer/cheese pairings on sailboats. He’s met amazing people, learned an incredible
amount, and loved every minute of it. Although no longer living in New York City, Ian travels around the
country visiting breweries, talking with brewers, and sampling craft beers in his ongoing quest to enjoy life.

Marcus Guiliano - Marcus is an award winning
chef as well as the owner of the highly successful restaurant Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville, NY. Aroma Thyme has a selection of over 150 different bottles of beer as well as 6 taps.
Marcus was a guest chef at the 2008 TAP-NY festival as well as a judge for the prestigeous F.X. Matt Memorial Cup and
Matthew Vassar Brewers' Cup.
