Kevin Burns – Kevin is one of the youngest beer experts in the country. As owner of The Foaming Head, he has already established himself as an emerging voice on the craft beer scene. In addition to TheFoamingHead, he covered beer for the award winning wine blog The New York Cork Report. Kevin has also managed the bar at Aroma Thyme Bistro where he oversaw a world class beer list of over 150 different beers. He still works with the award winning restaurant on their beer dinners where he has helped present over thirty-five beer dinners at the award winning restaurant and has helped make Aroma Thyme a destination for beer lovers. In 2009, Kevin was a judge on The Matthew Vassar Cup panel at TAP-NY where he helped to select the three best beers in the Hudson Valley. Kevin has acted as a consultant for the International Great Beer Expo and the Conklin Hall Chilli Cookoff where he was the keynote speaker for the beer tasting.
Marcus Guiliano – Marcus is an award winning chef as well as the owner of the highly successful restaurant Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville, NY. Aroma Thyme has a selection of over 150 different bottles of beer as well as 8 taps. Marcus was a guest chef at the 2008 TAP-NY festival as well as a judge for the prestigious F.X. Matt Memorial Cup and Matthew Vassar Brewers’ Cup. He has cooked at Brewey Ommegang’s Belgium Comes To Cooperstown “Mussel Tussel” in 2011 as well as their “Hop Chef” competition in 2012.
